Certificate of services conformity with standard PN-EN 15038

We have been granted the certificate of services conformity with standard PN-EN 15038!

PN-EN 15038 is the Polish version of standard EN 15038:2006, accepted by the European Committee of Standardisation in April 2006. As the first of this type it defines the requirements of provision of translation services. The standard designates and standardises the standards and procedures concerning the performance of translation, verification, recruitment and translator competence and also relations with the client. Additional services and many other processes connected with the translation sector are also covered.

The highest quality of the services that we offer - and thus the gaining of the confidence of clients and of the translators, correctors and consultants cooperating with us - has always been our priority. The certificate is the specific confirmation of this, which is why we undertook the process of certification, drawing up and introducing procedures according to the standard.

The crowning of these efforts was the official receipt of the conformity certificate after the first audit conducted at our offices on the 24th of April by Bureau Veritas Certification Polska. This achievement places us in the small group of Polish translation agencies, able to provide such quality assurance.

The award of the certificate is a great success for us, however it is only the formal confirmation of the care for the high quality of the services provided, which we hope that our clients and suppliers are aware of everyday.

Najwyższa jakość oferowanych przez nas usług - a tym samym pozyskiwanie zaufania klientów oraz współpracujących z nami tłumaczy, korektorów i konsultantów - zawsze była dla nas priorytetem, a ponieważ certyfikat jest jej swoistym potwierdzeniem, przystąpiliśmy do procesu certyfikacji, opracowując i wdrażając procedury zgodne z normą.

Uwieńczeniem tych starań było oficjalne otrzymanie certyfikatu zgodności już po pierwszym audycie przeprowadzonym w naszej siedzibie 24 kwietnia przez Bureau Veritas Certification Polska. Tym samym dołączyliśmy do niewielkiego grona biur tłumaczeń w Polsce, mogących poszczycić się tym osiągnięciem.

Otrzymanie certyfikatu jest naszym ogromnym sukcesem, jednak tylko formalnie potwierdza dbałość o wysoką jakość świadczonych przez nas usług, którą – mamy nadzieję - nasi klienci i dostawcy odczuwają na co dzień.
