Explanation:

In order to facilitate filling, form is composed of 6 steps - in each of which information is collected concerned with one aspect of the order.

Before sending (step 6) the form may be checked, using buttons "back" and "forward".

Some spaces become active (may be chosen/filled) only after choosing appropriate superior option.

At the moment of sending, the form mechanism checks whether all compulsory information is filled in. In the event deficiencies the appropriate message appears and the cursor indicates the first compulsory space which has not been filled in.
